Our team features a blend of former print, online and broadcast journalists, events professionals and content creators, all working together to produce award-winning campaigns for our clients.

Oliver Jelley

Managing Director

A former journalist, Oliver has 10 years' experience in public relations and has developed a strong expertise in health, trade and regional PR. He previously worked as a Communications Manager for NHS Diabetes. As a regional journalist he had an enviable track-record for reaching the front page, being crowned Employee of the Year in 2005. He also worked for a London healthcare PR firm before setting up Orange Juice Communications.

Daniel Owens

Director

Daniel spent more than 11 years as an award-winning journalist before helping to launch Orange Juice, working on both regional and national titles. His stories, including the first interview with a British survivor of the 9/11 terror attack, have been published in The Sun, Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, The Times and Daily Telegraph, while he spent five years as news editor of the Chronicle & Echo in Northampton where he helped launch the paper’s industry-leading social media presence.

Claire Jelley

Finance Director and Company Secretary

Claire’s organisational skills and efficiency ensure the company’s accounts, finances and administration run smoothly. Her background is as an administrator and teacher in schools across Northamptonshire.

Emily Mayhew

Campaigns and Events Manager

A dynamic, proactive and systematic operator who runs our healthcare events and national and international diabetes awareness campaigns. Emily has a managerial and sales background having previously led the UK team of an international and well-respected fashion brand.

Kristy Hobbs

Editorial Manager

An experienced award-winning journalist having spent 15 years in the industry, including spells as Chief Reporter and News Editor at the Northamptonshire Telegraph, Kristy is a passionate and enthusiastic PR professional who works hard to ensure all our clients get the coverage they need.

Catherine Bontoft

Deputy Editorial Manager

Catherine has more than 20 years’ experience of working in communications. She was Assistant News Editor on a regional newspaper before moving into PR where she has worked mainly in the education and B2B sectors. Catherine has also previously edited two leading membership magazines.

Monique Mills

Account Manager

Monique has five years’ experience as a journalist, including the role of senior reporter at a leading regional daily newspaper, followed by 11 years’ experience in PR and marketing within the education sector, specialising in communications, social media and media enquiries.

Laura Mills

Account Manager

Laura has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, communications and events. From working for large organisations such as the University of Leicester and Northamptonshire Police to SMEs, Laura has extensive experience working with businesses of all sizes to research, create and implement communications strategies, tactics, key messages and content.

Laura Payne

Account Manager

Laura has become a highly valuable member of the Orange Juice events team since joining in 2019 and has continually developed her skills ever since. She helps organise national and international healthcare awareness campaigns, produces digital animations for a number of clients and creates engaging social media content.

Lucy Holmes

Clinical News Editor

Having graduated from the acclaimed Journalism course at the University of Northampton, Lucy has slotted seamlessly into the Orange Juice team, where she deals directly with journalists at local and national titles, creates social media content, writes blogs and produces monthly coverage reports for clients. With a passion for audio content, Lucy is also on hand to help with regular podcasts for clients.

Niamh Coleman

Account Manager

Niamh is a magazine journalism graduate with a flair for writing and eye-catching graphic design. Niamh collates media coverage reports for multiple clients, creates compelling content for websites and runs social media campaigns across a range of sectors.

Victoria Kirby

Events and Campaigns Administrator

Victoria is a graduate of marketing from the University of West England and her recent transition to our events team has been seamless. Her role involves a dynamic blend of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to crafting eye-catching graphics, hosting engaging webinars, curating comprehensive coverage reports for our valued clients and contributing to the organisation of our events and national campaigns. Victoria's passion and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Tsungai Mutyavaviri

Advertising and Digital Marketing

Having graduated with a first-class degree in advertising and digital marketing, Tsungai applies her knowledge and natural creativity to producing engaging social media campaigns for multiple clients. Tsungai enjoys the process of creating, designing and editing engaging digital assets, with a focus on growing a client’s brand. Tsungai is also a micro-influencer and has worked with companies including Superdry, Starbucks, Elizabeth Arden, New Balance and Adidas, producing content for brands through collaborations.

Benjamin Jelley

Head of Design

From a young age creativity has been Benjamin’s talent, passion and obsession. He has more than a decade’s experience in the retail design industry, working with brands such as L’oreal, P&G, LVMH and luxury department store groups including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, John Lewis and Harrods.

Jordan Leonard

Associate Videographer

Jordan has been creating video content since the age of eight. He’s been helping businesses across the UK with their video content since 2019 from case studies to event coverage.
