Diabetes Prevention Week


Project summary
This high-profile campaign, designed exclusively for CCGs and GP practices, reached more than one million people and helped raise awareness of type 2 diabetes in target areas. The pilot scheme was so successful the NHS has now rolled out a national version of the campaign.
What we did
- Staged regional photos incorporating regional diabetes statistics for use by local media.
- Compiled an easy-to-use online resource pack to encourage participation.
- Secured coverage across multiple news outlets in all participating areas, reaching more than one million people.
